About Us
Who We Are
Welcome to hillarysalad.com. We are an independent editorial team dedicated to reviewing and comparing online betting options for readers in Canada. Our content is focused on one thing: Top 10 Betting Sites Canada — researched, tested, and written up so you can see the strengths and weaknesses of each option at a glance.
It is important to be clear about what we are and what we are not. hillarysalad.com is an information and review website only. We are not a gambling operator, we do not accept bets, and we do not handle any player funds or accounts. Every betting site mentioned on this website is operated by a third party, and any account you create with them is governed by their own terms and conditions.

Our mission is simple: to help readers across Canada make informed and safe choices when exploring Top 10 Betting Sites Canada in 2026 and beyond. The Canadian betting market changes quickly — new sites launch, offers come and go, and provincial rules continue to evolve. We work to keep our reviews and comparisons accurate, current, and written in plain language, so you can spend less time researching and more time making decisions that suit your own preferences and budget.

Editorial Independence
hillarysalad.com is free to read, and we keep it that way by earning affiliate commissions. When you click a link on our site and sign up with a betting operator, we may receive a commission from that operator at no extra cost to you.
These commissions do not influence our editorial rankings, ratings, or reviews. Our assessments are based on our own research and evaluation criteria — including licensing, security, odds, user experience, and payment reliability — not on commercial arrangements. If a site does not meet our standards, its commercial relationship with us will not change what we write about it.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gambling
We believe gambling should always be treated as a form of entertainment, never as a way to make money or solve financial problems. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose, set limits on your time and spending, and never chase losses.
You must be of legal gambling age in your province or territory — 18+ or the local legal age where you live — to use the services of any betting site featured on hillarysalad.com. If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling, we encourage you to seek help from professional support organizations in your province, such as ConnexOntario, Alberta's Addiction Helpline, or other local responsible gambling resources.
